My Journey
Yoga has been a part of my life since my teenage years, appearing in different forms and with varying frequency. However, it was during the early stages of my motherhood journey, in a particularly difficult period, that Kundalini Yoga became a true lifeline. It helped me overcome many challenges and has been an integral part of my life ever since.
This transformative practice opened the door to other powerful tools like Numerology and Reiki, which deepened my understanding of spiritual and emotional healing. Today, I am honored to share these practices with others, guiding them on their journeys toward self-discovery and empowerment.
